"The Treatment" Lives On

posted January 02, 2007

Wow, this is getting out of hand! The Treatment, featuring Matt Collins , Jon Ruhff and Will Marshall is unstoppable! They were featured, yet again, on primetime television. MTV has picked up the Treatment tracks executive produced by Nick Nanton and Produced by Pete Thornton (Paramore, Shinedown, Limp Bizkit, Day of Fire) and The Treatment for its new commercial spots for "The Real World". (Does anyone still watch that?)....in any event, as you're watching reruns of Rob & Big be sure to listen closely when the Real World Commercials air. As for the Treamtent, they'll keep rocking your CD player.

I just finished engineering some tracks and executive producing Matt Collins' (former "The Treatment" front man) new record "Short & Sweet". As previously mentioned it was produced by Matt Collins and Michael J mixed by Jon Kaplan (Ray LaMontagne, The Damnwells, Gavin DeGraw) and Mastered by Dave McNair (Aerosmith, Switchfoot, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Willie Nelson, Bruce Springsteen) have I dropped enough names ;).....and needless to say they made it sound incredible. I had a great time working on the vocals and acoustic guitars with Matt, and helping him put the project together. Hop over to his myspace page to hear some of the new tracks.
