Freedom Writers - Movie Coming Soon

Well, I just had the opportunity to meet and speak with Erin Gruwell for a few minutes. You probably don't know who she is yet, but she is the inspiration for the movie "Freedom Writers" that is coming out on January 12, 2007 on Paramount Pictures and MTV Films.

Erin was a young teacher who got her first job teaching in the inner city of Long Beach, CA and she turned lots of kids that everyone else had written off, into inspired leaders.
